An agent who sponsored you is a property agent who sponsored you to a MetaProperty premium account, which allows you to create up to 5 properties and enjoy full access to this website with the condition that you will notify this agent whenever you rent or sell your property by using this platform.
If you do not wish to be sponsored by an agent, you may choose to sign up/remain as free account holder or subscribe to the premium account at "My Profile".
